Drawing on a heritage of distinctive style and meticulous Canadian workmanship, Coppley has been creating outstanding quality tailored garments for the discerning North American male for over 140 years.

Coppley began in the late 1800’s manufacturing uniforms for the Canadian military, police, fire & hotel sectors, adding men’s tailored clothing in the early 1920’s under a few different brand names.

Coppley established a reputation as a forward thinking and fashionable apparel firm by the 1980’s with a compelling combination of licensed and its own manufactured brands. In the early 1990’s, the company entered the American men’s tailored clothing market adding the brand name Coppley to the mix. By the late 1990’s the decision was made to move away from licenced brands and consolidate the all the brands manufactured in Canada under the company’s namesake, Coppley, across North America.

Since its inception, Coppley has remained at the pinnacle of men’s tailored clothing throughout Canada and the United States due to its commitment to quality materials, comfort, style, and service.
